Venue

This symposium is held at the Sudanese Medical Heritage Foundation (SMHF). It is located in Gereef West off Al-Siteen Road (heading geographic north, this is the second turn after the junction/traffic-light of Al-Mashtal/Riyadh & Al-Siteen roads).

To know you are on the right road, there is a large supermarket on Al-Siteen Road called Almualem (المعلم) and a new cafeteria called Albasam.  Turn on this side road towards geographic west.

As you enter the road heading west, the SMHF building is to your right hand side. Its a 4-story building that has a sign (Maharat).

The Conference Room is on the top floor. Enjoy looking at the Museum as you climb the stairs.

Dear Colleagues and Friends, By all accounts, this was a successful symposium. From the feedback we received, people seem to have enjoyed new ideas and the variety of points of view. We especially want to thank the Sudanese Knowledge Society (SKS) team and the many volunteers.
